We know there have been waves going aorund for Samsung M8800 fro quite soem time which was officially announced in september. This is Samsung’s second 8-megapixel phone, . What really is interesting with this model is that Samsung’s claim that this is the world’s thinnest 8MP cameraphone. Despite few other phone from Nokia and Sony ericsson Samsung is making its mark quite well.

Samsung Pixon M8800 has a built-in GPS sensor whcih can be used for geo-tagging your photo but can not be used for GPS Navigation according to mobile-review. With its exceptional multimedia features you can play high-definition Movies in DivX and Xvid file formats. connection wise it is well connected, with quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support and 2100MHz 3G HSDPA data support for super-fast downloads.Pixon is empowered with 200MB of internal storage space which also supports microSD expansion cards.

Samsung M8800 Pixon features M8800 Pixon include Bluetooth, an FM radio, as well as GPS support, which can be used for photo geo-tagging.
Samsung PIXON comes as a direct rival to the Renoir, with similar design, interface, 8MP camera and DivX video support. Both are GSM phones with 3G and GPS, but the LG also features Wi-Fi and XviD support. Samsung M8800 Pixon is a full touchscreen handset with a very strong focus on it’s photo functionality
